pulled in at 9:55, lights were on, only to get out and wait for the pump to be turned on, have the lights turned off and told you were closed, at 9:58. pretty shit service to close before posted time and make your customers drive to another gas station when it would’ve taken about 3 minutes tops to fill our tank and pay. seems like the young kid was just worried about closing shop and leaving rather than doing his job, bad look for your brand
Just stopped in to fill up with petrol. It's a petrol station and convenience store!

Despite clear signage promoting a deal, I was charged full price at the register.nnTo make matters worse, there was no indication on the shelf or ticket that certain products were excluded from the promotion. When I raised the issue, the staff offered no solution or apology.nnThis feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it’s unacceptable. If you’re stopping at Ampol expecting fair pricing and honest promotions, think again.
