Buyers Beware: Ampol Overcharges and Fails to Honor PromotionsnnI recently visited this Ampol fuel station and was disappointed to find that their advertised promotion on the Dare Iced Coffee 750ml range was not honored. Despite clear signage promoting a deal, I was charged full price at the register.nnTo make matters worse, there was no indication on the shelf or ticket that certain products were excluded from the promotion. When I raised the issue, the staff offered no solution or apology.nnThis feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it’s unacceptable. If you’re stopping at Ampol expecting fair pricing and honest promotions, think again. Filled up my rental car here on the way back to Brisbane Airport. Not far from Brisbane Airport at all.
Rocked up at 5 mins before close didn’t know they closed at 10pm, place was lit up. Waited for ages for the fuel to come through and then the lights got turned off on us. At least tell us your closing. 0 stars for customer service
Stopped in here to refuel on our way to the air port. Getting in to the station was a bit of an odd adventure. However once in its extremely close proximity to car hire companies and best of all according to my daughter, they have a boost juice inside. Staff that day were lovely and friendly
My 18 month old girl got told off for taking and chewing the display cup today at Boost.nI mean seriously!! It's a cup. Have some leniency and spirit when dealing with families.
