I had a great experience at Ampol — the staff were incredibly professional, well-presented, and welcoming. Their uniforms were neat, and they carried themselves with genuine pride in their work. It’s refreshing to see such attention to detail and customer service. Keep up the excellent work!
Fantastic location with exceptional service, great food and local customers that are happy to engage in conversation. Pretty much a Fremantle thing NB great views
It’s a service station with an air hose if you need it. It’s spacious, well lit, and they’ve always provided a good service.nnNote: Considering the air hose is a free service, apparently some people are too barbaric to take the basic level of care and they leave the hose and nozzle on the ground when they’re done, and drive over it on their way out, which is why sometimes they’re broken/out of order.
man named Boomah is extremely unpleasant, there is a deal called “crave n save” i didn’t know this deal existed until after i bought a drink and got OFFERED TWICE a free meat pie. Boomah was one of these employees who offered me the pie. when i came back the next day and asked for the pie with my drink he told me no because the deal had ended. i went into the car to check o line and it finish’s on the 5th of november it’s the 30th of october. when i walk back inside and explain online it says it ends on the fifth he proceeded to tell me i can’t have the pie because i need to buy them together it’s a free pie idk what i would’ve been buying he continued to argue with me for about 5 minutes about how i was wrong and should have asked for the pie prior when he admitted to offering it to me the day before until finally giving me the pie but continued to say how it was my fault. i am not the only person who has had a bad experience with this person.
Night shift guy has some kind of prejudice & zero customer service. Zero star mate.
