Nice big service station.
Filled with fuel and asked if I could please have my rewards points added and not to worry about the fuel voucher, the guy said don’t worry you can have both- guess what no points on my card.nAnother time the older man there gave me a hard time about not donating to the smith family because I said I donated the other day me thinking it was a woolworths owned store I added the donation to my grocery shop.nHe then said ‘well you couldn’t of because this one only started today’nReally needs to learn just to be quiet.nStaff need training and also an attitude adjustment.
From time to time, I refuel my semi at this Ampol and grab some snacks, I do spend lots of money here it has been great up to today the big lady behind the counter has decided to come to work with some issues been over sensitive. I had Repeated myself politely to confirm my order to make sure my order is correct, there was no need to make some unpleasant comments, such as I’m not death!nI can easily go elsewhere. Leave your problem at home when you are in a position of customer service..nnCheers
