A great range of ready to eat foods. My sandwich was fresh and yummy.nnBonus tables to sit at to eat outside. That is the reason we chose this location in the first place. And why we came back after our tourist activities to get icecream bars. We passed 3 or 4 to come back so we could sit at those tables and enjoy our icecreams. There was a great range to choose from.nnFriendly service.nnFuel available, too.
I used to frequent this service station regularly, both for personal use and for filling up trucks for work, buying food, and beverages. I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, but things have changed drastically over the past few months—maybe new management?nnTo start with, the men’s toilets have deteriorated significantly; they now have a constant smell of stale urine when they used to be spotless. Today was probably my last visit.nnAfter a long journey, my truck broke down in the back of the station, and while the mechanic worked on it, I decided to ask for access to the shower to freshen up. Umar, the manager, flatly refused, saying the shower was only for truck drivers actively refueling. I explained that I regularly visit the station and that my truck was right there being fixed next to the pump. I even mentioned I would be filling up once the truck was repaired, but he stubbornly denied me access.nnTo make things worse, after reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one disappointed with this place. It’s frustrating to see such unprofessional and rude behavior from someone running a customer-oriented business. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly or accommodating stop.nnMy coworker all ready provide information to ampol consumer service by mail and phone…
Cheapest fuel in the area. Staff seems bored with their work but expected since it is the last part of the day. The food didn't look appetizing with just whole roast chicken sitting there with barely any pies to go. There is however, a very nice seating area outside to eat under some shade see picture.
Employee seemed annoyed while doing transaction, rewards card doesn't work or maybe he just didnt scan it.
Hanging out the back for a social chitchat while i waited tor service, then spoken to rudely for the interruption, no work ethic and entitled staff
