Crap customer service,  got a hot chocolate with muffin, the sales guy charged me with price higher than the table he said we are increasing our prices,nThen gave me the cup without any wooden stick to stir it and he didn't stir it either

Am an on road rep and sometimes have leftovers for lunch from the night before. I always go to Ampol stations as they have microwave’s so i can heat my lunch up. Went to this service station at Annerley, looked around and couldn’t see a microwave, asked the attendant and the lady behind the counter said they don’t have one for patrons to use but if i buy something they will heat it up in their microwave behind the counter. This is pretty disappointing given I’ve come across this at other Ampols nundah and they are more than happy to heat it up for me.nI usually do buy something but they have never said i have to. So, on principal, I’m eating it cold. Rude asking to buy something just to use something in a service centre. I don’t have to buy anything to use the toilets, so why is this different?

Fraudulent. Malicious False advertising. Two for one deal was advertised on Uber Eats. They filled the order as completed and when it arrived it only had one of the item with a note saying that the second of the items was cancelled as it had been fulfilled. Then rapidly updated notes to state only one available once uber feedback was received. Still, not even a partial refund was provided or a substitute second item given it doubled the cost. Not taking the risk again.
