Had my first service at Ammstar. Transparent and honest communication from Dan. They couldn't provide a loan car due to late notice but great diagnosis and I was explained what to expect for the next service. And the nice touch is they did a courtesy car wash and vaccum. Might not be a big deal but it just shows how professional they are and how well they treat cars.
My dad has been servicing his and mums cars with Ammstar for the past decade. I recently acquired a W166 Mercedes that needed some maintenance work completed. I chose to go with Ammstar based of dads recommendation as well as the amazing reviews this place already has. Dan was great to deal with. What I love about Ammstar is the convenience of dropping my car off after work, and picking it up the next day evening once the service had been carried out. Because of my long hours of work, this was very convenient for me and Dan also took payment over phone which was very easy to do. The prices for the repairs / maintenance works carried out were good. The two year warranty on the repair items undertaken have given me peace of mind. While the service and communication is great at Ammstar, for me I will be a repeat customer simply because of the convenience factor that I mentioned above. Overall, a very happy customer. A great first experience after many positive personal references. The guys did a major B service, and once finding other issues like brake pads requiring replacement and rear diff oil needing to be replaced, they were straight on the phone explaining everything. Coupled with easy to deal with people like Dan, it made things all the more rewarding, including things to be aware of for future reference.
