We dealt with Tyrone a very helpful competant sales consultant today at AMI's office in Bay Fair. I tried sorting our policy changes yesterday by phone and after 2 hours of frustration I gave up. I think the closure of branch offices is crazy. There are many insurance issues that are much easier to sort out face to face. The Bayfair AMI office is scheduled to close for good next friday. I would suggest very strongly that AMI leave at least one office open in each city in NZ.
Have dealt with AMI Bayfair for very long time. The staff representative I have always preferred to deal with is Trish Waterman. Trish is experienced, very friendly, is knowledgeable, honedt, and very customer oriented. Nothing is ever a problem. Trish is great. As I've said, I she is the one I prefer to deal with.
Amazing efficient helpful friendly staff. Great service. Recommend as an insurance company. Extra quick in dealing with claims.
Worst insurance, they took 700$ from my account for no reason , when i try calling them no one responds , its a scam company go to AA insurance much better
We seem to have lost the one on one talking to people. Not everyone has the ability to email or print
Be really good if you could get some one to answer the phone 45 minutes and no one picks up
They should not hold my visa card number with out my consent
they take your money from your account without telling you , be careful to signing with their scam insurance
