The lady here is so amazingly friendly! You can tell she knows what she's doing! Got USD exchanged and she already knew what to give me and assumed it was for tipping. She knows her stuff! Thank you very much. So nice to chat to and maxe sure it was correct.
The staffs here at Werribee plaza crown exchange were really helpful and I got a great customer service especially Lata helped me last minute to exchange the money as I was running late . I am really happy with the service and the way they work . Lata and Kay are the best at Werribee plaza crown exchange. Thankyou
Similar Experience with another reviewer here. Service is great and quick and had questions which were answered. Coming back from overseas trying to convert SGD to AUD, rates were about 19% lower than the usual, but about 14% worse than other traders around Melbourne. Make the effort of heading to other exchangers if you have the time.
Today I just bought VND. Since it was not a big amount I was thinking bit difference is okay. After I got home, I check the current rate. OMG! I was shocked. It never crossed my mind rate can be that horrible. All these years I only met 100-200 points difference. Huge difference than others. 40 percent difference. I even called back to make sure it was not a mistake. Never again.
We have been served from a lady called Kay at Werribee plaza for last cpl days of us enquiring and changing currency. She is such a lovely lady so helpful and just lovely
First time visitor. Nothing against the business or the person serving me. Service was good, but your rates are just...... below horrible. It's not too bad if the rates are off by a little but if the difference is DOUBLE of what I can get from elsewhere then I'm never trading with you.
Lady was rude and abrupt, took her time n had so much attitude towards my brother when he was exchanging his money
Renee, Latha and Lindy were very lovely to deal with during my currency exchange and made the experience very pleasant
