I have never written a bad review before, mostly because I have had good customer service experiences and also because I know that it can be adversely impacting. In this case, over a year on, I still cannot believe just how Leanne made me feel when confronted by the reality that the results did not fit the order. The fact that Leanne was abrasive and used intimidation to still charge me even though she completed the job without my final go ahead is just warranting to tell about my extremely suboptimal experience!

Thanks for the amazing floral wall and arrangements for my daughter's christening! You went to great lengths to work with the venue late the night before and early the following day. The flowers were stunning!
