Every year, (at least three times a year) my wife phones this garden center from the USA to send something nice to her Mum who lives in Cheviot, North Canterbury. They are always prepared for her order. They help her make up all sorts of flowers and chocolates for our mum and they even add in a lotto ticket for good luck. We really appreciate them and I know how happy my mum is when she gets her surprises. Sometimes she seems so far away but with the lovely lady who helps us, she gives us service that just makes magic and at such a reasonable price!!! Thank you for being so kind and making my mums day and ours so often.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing flowers, plants, gifts in NZ. I'll be phoning again soon :)

Placed an online order which they cancelled without discussion due to not delivering to that destination.  Which was less than 45 mins from them and any courier would deliver it.  They offered no option to complete the order such as a surcharge...
