Great food and some great staff but sweet Jesus somebody needs to take control and manage customer service levels. Lots of staff running around doing God knows what while customers stand there waiting for someone to take an order. Just tune up the service times and you are back on track. As I said, great products just poor service. So easy to fix! Do it please

Wonderful açaí bowls but you have to wait 50min to be served your order. That is if they remember your order at all. So a mixed bag or not too bad and terrible.

If you are after a great customer service this is not a place for your. Staff are always serving in rush and they hardly smile. You will never feel welcome. Fruits and vegies are ridiculously expensive. Not all them are organic. They have a great cheese selection though.

Its hard to rate, you are refurbishing, making big changes but you are forgetting small details like trays for customers to carry their coffee & food back to their tables & dust those artificial flowers, the glass jars with lids need cleaning, the sitting area needs to be clean as soon as customers leave. The food looks terrific the items on shelves great, customer service leaves a lot to be desired...come on guys get your act together ...

Scones very heavy. Stodgy would be the word. Aside from this place's expensiveness, its worst feature is the staff - waitresses won't make eye contact, neither do they smile. Pity. Couple of them are quite pretty.
