I visited 'Amazing Grace' massage to get a deep tissue massage, the masseuse finished off by doing cupping on my arms, which I didn't ask for. I told her I have a wedding to attend in 2 days and she assured me there will be no marks, she removed the cups after a few minutes and stated there are 'small bruises' but will go away in the morning. It didn't, there were several large brusies all over my arms. I went back to discuss my concerns and ask for my money back. She kept saying it was my fault and its because of the 'toxins' in my body. I got my money back and she said for me to never come back.
I just had the worst massage ever. It wasn't really a massage, more like being rubbed with oil with no technique whatsoever. I severely doubt my masseuse has had any formal training. She didn't even know how to use the eftpos machine. I resented paying for such rubbish service. Don't waste your time or your money.
The worst experience ever!!I booked 2 vouchers via travel zoo . The staff is not trained, when I questioned her, another woman started shouting at me and pushed me out, I was there for only 5 minutes . I got one voucher refunded. When I asked another one to be refunded, they refused me Travel Zoo , eventually I found out they thought I was their competitor marking trouble for them, which is ridiculous. I finally got my money back. Very low!!! Terrible !!!
Incredibly skilled massage therapists, with a vast knowledge and have been very helpful alleviating symptoms of my reverse spinal curvature and chronic pain. Lymph massage and cupping also wonderful. Rachel and David both fantastic, but all therapists are.
The worst experience ever!!I booked the voucher via travel zoo and tried to make an appointment today. The lady asked me when I wish to go, I said this afternoon. then she Said: "this afternoon is not available" I told her my voucher going to expire tomorrow, she told me "then you should make the booking earlier! at least few days advanced". Then she call back said, oh! actually you can come 4:30, I said should be fine, but is it any possibility that i can go bit earlier? She said no. Then ask my voucher number, name, pin code...etc. After few mins, she called back again, told me"you HAVE TO come 10 mins earlier, cause we are very busy today"....I said ok. When I arrive the shop at 4:20, the other guy ask me "you NEED TO give me the voucher number again!"I said, you should really improve your customer service skill, it's back forward for few times and all the staffs are very impolite. He just move his shoulder and doesn't care anything, asked me"so, do you wanna do it or not?" I told him, no! I don't want to do the message and I will never come back again! I can't believe that such business can still survive in Prahran!
A month ago, I have low back pain problems,I had been to a few massage parlors, can not be cured, a friend recommended me to amazing grace massage shop. I been to this shop just two times, now fully recovered, is simply amazing.
Worst massage ever. The therapist has no idea how to do a proper massage but just rub your body only.. I came just because of the scoopon.. First and last time.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Always get a great massage. Would highly recommend.
I tried the deep tissue remedial massage, it really fixed my problems, highly recommended
