The girls at the front Desk are wonderful and courteous, Tracey went out of her way and served me at 7.00 am when their hours are 8-4. I was out of there and on the road within 5 minutes.nMark was great getting me access to the vehicle and showing me the amenities in the waiting room.nnGreat work guys.nnThe car is back to normal and I’m back on the road less than a week of me dropping off the car.nnCheersnnVic
I have just driven my Corolla Ascent home from the AMA Collision repair centre at Arundel. It had just undergone a major smash repair to the front end, and I was delighted with the result. The bonnet area had been completely damaged as was the offside wheelbase, headlights and driver's door. I could hardly believe my eyes when the car was wheeled out for my collection. There was no indication whatsoever it had undergone a lengthy and complicated repair job. The new paint work was gleaming, the interior had been thoroughly cleaned and the tyres all blackened. Most importantly, the drive home proved that all the mechanical repairs had left the vehicle in first class condition. The crew at AMA Collision are obviously perfectionists and I congratulate them on their professionalism. I hope I don't have to call on them again but, if I need to, or I know of someone who does, the call will go out to AMA.nThanks, and regards to you all.nSincerely, James Johnston.
Awesome workmanship!! The assessor was thorough and explained everything in detail for me! Outlined the time frame for the repairs. Uber & taxi booked and paid for to my home!! Super happy with the outcome!! Thanks so much everyone!! Keep up the good work!!
Very professional, excellent workmanship and no messing around. They did the assessment and gave me back my car until the insurance approved repairs and parts were ready. Then I dropped my car off, they said 11 work days and they were bag on time. I got updates along the way as well. Highly recommend.
