After more than a decade of patronage, my recent experiences at this establishment have left me increasingly disheartened, reaching a point of genuine disdain. The medical practitioners exhibit a disconcerting level of negligence; for instance, during a routine blood test appointment, the physician in question displayed a notable disregard for my presence. This conduct is emblematic of a broader issue, as my interactions with the doctor have consistently conveyed a sense of urgency to conclude appointments swiftly, punctuated by awkward pauses and unwarranted remarks. Regrettably, the concerns extend beyond the medical staff to encompass the receptionists, who consistently project an air of joylessness, discontent, and, frankly, rudeness. Their demeanor suggests a stark deviation from any semblance of congeniality expected in their role. In light of these experiences, I have decided to transfer my medical care to an alternative provider.
I've been going to this place for many years now. Most times, you feel like it's your first time with staff as they can be rude over the phone. Most of the older patients have been going there for many years, making it a ritual to see Dr. Lifson, so it's hard to make an appointment. You just got to ring up at 8 am in the morning until you get in contact with staff to see if there's any available still. Dr. Chan is a great Dr. Also, most times, you're in and out, but has it all sorted out what you need.

Dr Lifson is an amazing Doctor, have been seeing him for the past 25 years. All staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Everyone, please be warned! Dr.Lifson is a disgusting human being. My mum is currently in hospital getting cancer removed because his clinic did not follow up. The staff are rude. Just look at the other reviews. DO NOT come to this clinic. If you want to know, my parents have been seeing him for 30 years. He didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me, but rather got his rude admin to talk to me. After all this he did talk to me but did not ask once what was happening with the emergency surgery of my mum.
The doctors are fine, the admin are rude but the worst thing is the women who takes the blood tests. Explain to me how someone in 1hr is only able to complete 3 blood tests, it's ridiculous. People have things to go and places to be. I've never had to wait this long for a blood test.
It's been my family clinic for 24 years.
Took my son who is 8.5m yesterday to see Dr. Ian Calcutt yesterday coz he has hoarse voice. Dr. Calcutt told me to pin my son’s head so he can have a look his throat. Because my son moved his head. So Dr. calcutt had a go at me. During the appointment, because I couldn’t hear properly behind mask. Dr. Calcutt had go at me multiple times. English is not my first language. I feel he was discrimination at me. No doctor manner!
I have been going here for over 25 years I’ve had some great Drs in this time but also some really bad I had the great fortunes of finding Dr Hampton A gentleman, a larrikin, a friend, respected, loved, cherished by all that had the pleasure of seeing him. He was a Dr you felt so at ease with, someone you knew would get to the bottom of your illness. Whether it be with laughter, his jokes or just his great doctoring. I loved to visit just sometimes he would put a smile on my face. Dr Hampton I will miss you, thank you for all your help over so many years. R.I.P my dear friend and doctor.
I’m giving this clinic 5 stars because of Dr. Hampton who unfortunately passed away. He was an amazing doctor and will be missed by his patients. I don’t think I will ever find another doctor like him
