Referred on from a clothing store to here. Stayed open at closing time to meet us however can mimic the experience of other posters and found her very rude. $85 to have some suit sleeves taken up, cash only. Openly called us rude and difficult when we went to pick the suit up after we initially questioned the value with the price. Acceptable workmanship but wish we had gone elsewhere.
Worst alteration shop I’ve been in Melbourne. The lady is very rude and keeps alternating between prices. It’s a scam. And the response from owner is a complete lie. She mentioned she would charge $15 for each Shirt/tshirt to tighten the hand and especially give a good price if I bought more than one. I went there with four clothes and she was charging me $25 for each.
The worst tailor shop! The lady here is very rude and not professional. My trousers need to change a zipper, and when I checked the work in the end, I found that the zipper is not aligned and has too many threads. I talked to the lady at the desk but she rolled her eyes and said if you are good at this, you should do it yourself. ?? This is not what I expect to get by spending almost 50 dollars! please be kind to customers and be professional at your work. Do not recommend this place if there’s any other choices, otherwise, good luck.
Mahbou knows what she’s doing! I went in to get a pair of pants to fit me and now they’re perfect. Definitely coming back again :
Went to see Mahbou 2 weeks ago, she helped me transforming 3 pieces of clothing that I never thought I would be able to wear again. The outcomes of Mahbou’s work were amazing. I am so happy about them. They look custom fit for me now: Through the engagement with Mahbou, I see love & passion she has towards her work & customers. The best alternation experience I’ve ever had & would highly recommend her service to others would definitely return.
Mahbou and her team are amazing! They take the time to ensure they provide top quality fixes and alterations, paying absolute attention to detail. The fact that they are quick with their service is a bonus as well. This will be my regular alterations shop for the long term.Service: Alterations
Mahbou is incredibly talented at her job. She went above and beyond anything I could have imagined!!! I brought her a very rough and 'artistic' looking design and she stiched it all up for me within a couple of days! The end result was truly incredible and I am so grateful for her talent, creativity and skill. Perks included: she made a custom mid-blue cotton blend for the stiching and was happy to do further alterations when I came back to try it on. Cannot. recommend. her. more. <3 Much love Mahbou, you are truly amazing!!!

At first it was good that she would modify my dress on time, and I could pick it up the next day. Later, I went directly to the store the next day and thought I could get the finished product, but the boss said that they did not notice this dress was double hem yesterday. So I have to charge twice the price,then they were willing to do it for me, otherwise I have to find another shop to do it. Isn't the definition of a deal justified by making deal of the price at the beginning and paying the deposit and then paying the final payment after it is completed? Is there a reason to double the price? ? ? Definitely never came back again!!!!!
