From the initial quote, through to the completion of the project, we were very happy with Altec. They kept us informed of what was happening and the completed carport is exactly what we expected. All the Altec staff were friendly and professional. The cost was more expensive than some, but you can be assured of quality products.

After having an insulated carport built by Altec in April, I feel happy recommending them to others. My experience was positive, with friendly staff, thorough planning, efficient builders, and being kept informed throughout the process. Very happy with my patio. The communication from start to finish was very clear and frequent. In the lead up to my install date I was kept up to date on details and the day before received information from the installer. Elliot and Andrew who came were great, did a fantastic job and I was so impressed with the workmanship and the clean up after. Highly recommend Altec, this was my 2nd patio.

Had a beautiful patio designed and built at back of home. The corner was very sunny and hot and covered by a large old sail which meant all furniture and cushions had to be bought inside when it rained or might rain. Such a pain. Now it is like another room added on to the house and looks lovely. It was a bit pricey compared to other but the quality shows. The tradespeople were marvellous and the clean up guy afterwards was amazing. When we need a carport built on front we will definitely choose Altec .

Altec built our Patio and couldn't be more happier, the team were great, the build by the team was excellent, great guys, very friendly, and they had our patio built in 2 days, was super impressed, the whole process was super easy, with only a slight hiccup at the start but very quickly rectified, very professional and hassle free from start to finish, they handled everything from council approval to taking away the old patio and with a superior finish on the final product,  we would highly recommend Altec to anyone who wants a superior quality product. Thanks to all the team we now have an area that can be used all year round and we love it.

From the time of booking the carport to installation, Altec kept us informed with weekly email progress. We did have our own delay, but once our works were completed we could advise to have our installation done. The installer was very thorough and had it completed within a couple of days. Our caravan fits perfectly, a great asset to our home.

I loved the communication by the company, letting me know how things are progressing.  The builder was exceptional and made sure everything was of a very high standard.   The finished product is not only of a high standard but looks stunning.  It has all the features I wanted when I employed Altec.  Thanks for a great job.
