After contacting Altek about a patio cover, I was happy about the service that I received. Working with them was very easy. They sent out a rep to find out what my needs were and take some measurements. They also took care of the building permits with the local council. From first contact to completion was about 6 weeks. The crew that did the install were very professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any patio covers or carports.

Rob and the team were very professional and accommodating. My new insulated patio cover is exactly what I wanted for a very competitive price when comparing “apples with apples”. I would highly recommend giving Altec a call!!

Altec provided excellent customer service. Gary was very professional and patient, he listened to our needs and came up with ideas that would suit our budget. The building process was also outstanding as we were kept in the loop at all times and Altec were only a phone call away if we had any questions for them. Our patio roof looks amazing. Turnaround time was so quick, they were able to do it all before Christmas. Thank you so much Altec.

Altec have really impressed, from the first moment the design consultant arrived and helped us understand the differences in what we wanted and helped us design the vision in our head. We had a lovely experience with everyone we spoke to in admin and construction. Very helpful every step of the way. We had a patio done and now saving for our carport. Highly recommend Altec for value for money in product and service.

Thanks for providing such great customer service and a fantastic product. Our requirements were a little different to a standard carport, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Might not have been the cheapest option, but believe if you want quality, then you need to pay for it - and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.
