Rudest customer service. To the point my wife was actually shocked. And we were planning to use them as a supplier! Wasn't just a one off interaction. Don't want to name the individual publicly here but will be making a complaint.

The worst towel service provide in Auckland in my opinion. We've been with them over a year and they never were able to get things right. Pick up and delivery was almost always the wrong quantities at the wrong times. If we didn't have a back up towels that we washed ourselves that would'e significantly effected out business.

Went in there head office to purchase uniforms sent to another building told to go down some stairs like a  Dungeon to be told by someone that they don't sell uniforms
