Very friendly staff. Had their Mushroom Crostini and the soup of the day special which were both very delicious and flavourful. Just a bit pricey for the serving size. They had chocolate shavings on their cappuccino which was a nice tasty touch.
Great cafe that is just out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Menu was small but amazing, I loved the mushroom dish. The pickles made it zesty and fresh and the eggs were perfect. Coffee was delish too. They had a baked goods cabinet which looked delightful. Overall perfect place for brunch!
Great coffee, great hot chocolate, fantastic service from Sally. Can recommend the mushrooms, the brioche, and anything from the bakery section that they bake in house, fresh each day.Food: 5/5
OMG what a find. Busy as on a Saturday morning but worth every second of the short wait for an outside table to accommmodate our doggos. GF options available! We had the Mushrooms and the McLockdow muffin and both were superb. Our completely clean plates at the end speak for themselves! Dietary restrictions: GF bread available for most menu options.
Great cafe, would definitely recommend. Excellent selection of desserts which is always changing. One of the best I've seen for cafes around Brisbane. Good coffee, seasonal smoothie which is always delicious. They're usually busy but you never have to wait too long for a table.
I've visited once and I'm a big fan. Why? 1. Very friendly vibe and staff. 2. Full table service. 3. Great food and coffee I had the savoury mince for breakfast - brilliant - and they had heaps of interesting stuff on the menu. Wifey and I also got a cronut and lemon meringue cookie to take away for later - so good! Will definitely return
I just had the best and most delicious bircher muesli bowl ever. Really a dream. The staff is super friendly! Cappuccino was perfect.Food: 5/5
Coffee and food are delicious, the only problem is having to wait 30-40 minutes for a cup of coffee + they forget about food so I had to remind around 3 times. Service was lovely but too long, I think you need more staff.Food: 5/5
Delectable, toasted, sweet and savoury pistachio loaf topped with generous slices of strawberries and plums, and dollops of refreshing yoghurt. Satisfying cup of hot cappuccino! Sweet and nutty.
Whilst I love this cafe, upon arrival I really don’t appreciate being reminded that your cafe closes in 30 minutes. Do you not want people’s service before closing? I heard this repeatedly to new customers before 2pm, closing time. I understand you don’t want to work past 2pm, I’ve worked in hospo before, I get it, but reminding people before they’ve even ordered yet is very strange and unwelcoming. Then I was hurried out of the cafe at 2:05pm.
