Alpha Shuttles were super easy to use. Booking was made simple and communication was great. We used the service for point to point drop off and were lucky enough to have Alex as our driver. He was very welcoming and made the trip a blast. The van itself was extremely well maintained and comfortable. Absolutely perfect. We organised to transfer services on the day of our wedding in the morning and in the afternoon. Both drivers were incredibly considerate to our needs and were amazing to talk to. Amazing Transfer Service – Heads Above the Rest Alpha Shuttles helped us out in a week where we had multiple events happening across a six-day period where we had over 150 people moving in multiple directions across Auckland. Jess and her team of amazing drivers delivered beyond exception, and I couldn’t be more grateful to them all. Alex was outstanding, even made a stop for coffee on our way to the Airport, chatted during the ride to the way making it a good trip. Using the bus lanes was also ideal. Pick up was also good with Stu, who was a little more quite but friendly none the less. Without a doubt we will use them every time we need a shuttle service

We booked Alpha Shuttles as transport for the bridal party to ur wedding. Carl our driver was so great, the shuttle was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! Booking was all really easy online, and I received a confirmation text and email on the day.

Airport shuttle to AKL from the shore. Outstanding service and very reasonably priced. Cost for a private service was less than some quotes for shared rides. Driver was first class. Showed up early, loaded all our bags, and was kind and patient with our 3 young children. Vehicle was modern and immaculately clean. 2nd time using Alpha and have been impressed both times.
