I've been going to All Med for about 2 years, they used to be amazing however the past 6/8 weeks their service has been appalling. Several cancelled appointment's and poor service, it's so disappointing. Needless to say I will going elsewhere when I find a good practice.
Made an appointment as a new patient four days in advance to arrive 15 minutes early and find out my appointment had actually been made for the week following which I was not made aware of upon booking the appointment. A huge inconvenience. Would not recommend.
Excellent Staff, wonderful new Doctor very helpful with my concerns explained everything to me. Nurse on site very nice and has lots of experience , overall i was extremely happy and would highly recommend this medical centre.. Thanks for making things easy ..
Fraudulent, bullying, shaming and completely unprofessional. The management of All Med and the Pharmacy downstairs are absolutely disgraceful. There's a reason they're being investigated.
My podiatrist George has been very thorough and helpful in addressing my terrible foot pain. And he is caring on top of all that!
Their website lists that their phone lines open at 08:15am...though this is usually closer to 9:00am. Long wait times and inconsistent service and advice.
Don't bother, primary GP spends most of the consult typing very slowly, is quite polite, but doesn't listen.
Dr Chronas is very helpful and thoughtful. A+ Highly Recommended.
Excellent customer service and GP manner.
10 out of 10 would recommend!!
