The worst service I have experienced. Money hungry, with little regard for there customer. I would not recommend you use them for anything. Very disappointed.

I've never done any online review before but this time I have to say something so others should be aware. My settlement was postponed twice because of their lack of communication and coordination with other parties. And they charged me a fee for the delay! When I questioned it, they became very unprofessional and said 'it's not their fault' and 'someone has to pay'.  I engaged a guy at Mt Waverley store but someone at Frankston started the job and half way through it went to another person. My mortgage broker sent them 3 emails regarding settlement - never got a reply. And they're not interested in explaining any query I had. The whole process was clumsy, last minute and lack of communication. JUST DON'T USE THEM - YOU DESERVE BETTER!

Best conveyancer i've used, would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a house. They are always friendly and helpful and made the process on my end (the customer) easy. also relatively cheap for the service they provide. My new 'go to' conveyancer.
