If i could give these people zero stars, I would. Zero care for the freight and zero communication or care for the customer. I sent a custom table to a client before Xmas, with the hope that it would be delivered in time for the holiday season but with the expectation that it would probably arrive later. This wasn’t an issue so the client was more than happy. The legs were “delivered” before Xmas and when I say delivered, I mean they looked like they were thrown out of the back of the truck at 100kph without stopping. Pics show what I mean. No tabletop was delivered at all. Allied: We can’t find it. Me: That’s not cool. If you could find it and send me pictures to show that it’s undamaged and give me a delivery window so I can tell the client, I’d really appreciate it. I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Allied: We’ll get to it when we get to it. Stop calling. Me: ….. It was eventually found a month later, looking like it had been fed through a wood chipper. Luckily, because I’m a belt and braces kind of guy, both the table and the legs survived unscathed. But, that’s not the point. Triple the price of shipping pre-covid and orders of magnitude worse service. Zero care for the freight and zero communication or care for the customer. Allied Express Melbourne: Zero stars, would not recommend.
Staff were kind but clearly under stress from the company. Deliveries had to be rescheduled three times. 0 communication from company after tracking number was given. Firstly no idea why they expect people to be home for the entire day for delivery but do not communicate that. Even after I was sure to be home all day, the delivery person still never knocked OR left a card saying missed delivery so I just waited thinking it would be delivered the next day. Still no communication from their part so I had to contact them after weeks and wait a long time on the phone. Then the next delivery date was not communicated at all, so had to be rescheduled. The difficulty the company makes it just to be left at the door is ridiculous. The last time the staff have a different answer every time I called them, saying it wasn't coming that day or had been sent back, then saying it was coming later that day. Nobody could contact the driver until they were 10 minutes away. I feel bad for everyone who works here, they need to find a better way. The only good thing about the deliveries is that they were the same day as dispatch..but that clearly doesn't work in their benefit if they have poor communication.
No delivery time frame, they just expect customers to wait at home the whole day for a package! The constant 8 emails a day saying how the package has been picked up… how is that helpful for me when you can’t even tell me a time frame of when the package will arrive at my place? Delivery driver refused to help me carry a 25kg package just even to the elevator! The package weighs more than half of me, and instead I had to drag the heavy package all on my own injuring my wrist in the process. Can’t even imagine packages that weigh more than that. Like how do they expect customers to carry these things on there own?! If your drivers are going to be so unhelpful to customers with heavy packages, why even make us pay such a high delivery fee??? Worst delivery company experience I’ve ever had to deal with!
This company which is not actually a company but full of jokers sitting there to crack jokes on us. Full of lies, and no customer services. I blame KMART, for not taking complaints seriously and still using them as their delivers. My package is stuck in their warehouse, and I have been calling and complaining to KMART as well as Allied express extremely poor response and bad customer service telling me only lies nothing else. What a bad experience and dissapointment. I wish I could give zero star, and my package won't arrive and I am not going to trust their lies anymore. Requesting money back.
Allied Express, the company named so prestigious and well recognised. But the worst delivering service they got, definitely no proper training from Allied.. driver was rude and doesn't bother, left the mattress and go.. tried to stop him, but he ignored. Didn't have good experience with Kmart customer service too, both company failed in their service, really hope their superior or boss knows abt all this incidents
if there is a 0 star or minus star I will give them with no doubt. I thought AUPOST was the worst one in the industry but this one has refreshed the 'worst' standard. Very rude customer service people, they have zero patience and will hang up your phone when you try to explain something....worst ever, literally.
Worst service experience, They Mark item as delivered even though they haven't tried for delivery and return it back to seller. Which cause you to make call seller and request for re-delivery. I wanted to give them ZERO star, don't use them at all for your delivery.
Packaged marked fragile arrived torn open and squashed; was difficult to rebook a missed delivery because I received the wrong number on a card and was told it would be redelivered on three seperate days and the doorbell never rang once. Startling poor
Terrible experience purchasing an orbital Cross trainer from woolworths. We were promised an email or sms informing us when delivery would happen, which we didn't get, instead we found a card in the letterbox claiming they had tried to deliver we were home and no one knocked on the door. We tried to get allied to re-deliver but they could not help us without a consignment number and made us call woolworths to get this. When we asked why we didn't receive the sms, they said they received details from woolworths. I asked if that meant we passed the wrong details to woolworths and the reply from the allied express rep was "don't put words in my mouth"... Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I have ordered from Kmart many times and every time I am disappointed by this company’s delivery service. They give zero indication of delivery time frames. Poor communication. Don’t deliver on the day they say they will. As others have mentioned if I could give zero stars I would.
