We’re travelling around the Southwest Victoria and went to Allfresh seafood what a gem! We bought a couple of Crayfish and some fish that the salesperson recommended - they even packed our seafood in a travel bag with some ice! Nothing was too much trouble- excellent service and excellent seafood! I would recommend stopping in for sure!
Travelling through the town, dropped in to get some fish. Everything looked fresh in the shop. We got Blur Grenadier, Sword and Orange Roughy all recommended by the very friendly lady in the shop who was knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed all of them.
Communication to clients is non existent,they provide a delivery service weekly, but if it's an short week due to a public holiday, they change the order cut off days, and don't bother to advise clients.No updates or notification on their web site.They don't use the email subscription option on the page either, and haven't bothered to remove the link, so you go to the trouble of subscribing for no reason.nCouldn't order at Xmas and now easter because cut off times changes.Very disappointing.An SMS would be sufficient.
Great find. Seafood was exceptional, fresh and delicious. We bought a crayfish, oysters and king prawns to eat on the beach. Best meal we’ve had in Warrnambool.
Agree with Katrina's review, fabulous product but they really let themselves down with the customer service. Am a regular customer and am constantly disappointed by wrong orders and poor customer service but the quality of the product is exceptional.
