Have been going to All Care for 14 years and am usually able to see my own Doctor. Sadly she’s retiring later this year but have checked out a couple of others to chose from. Regarding the receptionists, I previously worked in Private Practice and these ladies are the same as receptionists every where. Some good some bad. Remember we all have bad days.
Been a patient for several years.This can be a busy practice, but at all times I have only experienced a very professional and dedicated team. Dr Ismail is always thorough and easy to relate to. The Pharmacy team are great.
As part of my job as a Support Worker I have visited this clinic with clients on numerous occasions. The front desk staff are fantastic both on the phone and in person. All the Doctors who have seen my clients have been attentive, thorough and personable.
Dr Rositano is unmatched with his care towards patients, but my GOD is Dr Ismail one of the worst people I have had the displeasure to deal with. Made an app for phone consult to get my scripts - I had a busy day, uni and work. Took over 1 hour for her to call then she had the audacity to ask my why I’m irritated, you literally called me ONE HOUR AFTER the appointment time, I have classes to attend…went on to tell me she calls phone consults at the end of the day normally. Okay? But what is the point of an appointment time then? Started questioning my own understanding of medication I’ve been on for 4 years, was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience I’ve had with any doctor, let alone human being. I hung up wondering how in the hell this person ever was allowed to deal with patients because it was easily the worst interaction I’ve had. Would rather go without my meds to wait and see another doctor than ever speak to her again.
Pros: A few excellent doctors Dr Truvobic, Dr Frawley, Dr Ryan and good hours. Relatively clean. Sadly just not enough good Drs to meet the demand. Cons: Some Drs I wouldn't go to if I was dying Dr Frost, seriously he shouldn't be practicing! Availability can be scarce. Like most places you have to plan to be sick as often no appts when you need one. Long wait times. I've been going to this clinic for many years due to close proximity and weekend hours. Expect to wait between 30 - 60 minutes for your appointment - even if you ring ahead to check if the Dr is on time. You get told you are the next person in, and then STILL wait at least 30 minutes, usually more. So yeah, I've waited around an hour for a 4 minute consult, even when ringing ahead. So frustrating, especially when you have young children with you. Reception staff can be abrupt, but I haven't felt them to be rude. Just mostly answering lots of calls or are not that interested in their job. Overall, If you value your time and have other options - Take the other option.
Recently moving to the area and needed to find a female doctor so they advised I see Dr Ismail. When I met her she was one of the rudest doctors and professionals I've ever seen. How is she a doctor? Just yells at me over something so minor! So then I asked if they could refer me to another female doctor - and got Dr Maynard. OMG she was just as bad! Couldn't understand a word she said with that shocking accent, and no apology for being late either. Looking for another female doctor in the area paying top dollar to see doctors who are rude at Allcare. No thanks.
In my experience All Care Medical centre is a joke especially when the admins don't take their job seriously and sign you in. Another problem I had is the admin are not reliable. A certain employee that I've had trouble with who wears a golden medallion and pretends to type on occasions. How insulting towards your customers' grow up! Last time I am coming back to your centre. That was the last straw! If only your doctors were any good and professional! You don't deserve my time and from my experience I will not recommend anyone to your practice!
Really bad experience today. I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr Noble around 1 and after waiting for an hour I called reception and she said he was on another call so he will phone me back, so I wait,another half hour goes by and I call them again, only for another receptionist to answer and say that because I haven't been there in the last 12 months their guidelines don't allow me to have a Telehealth appointment, which is quite stupid, as I was in so much pain I was unable to visit the surgery in person, isn't there aim to look after their patients? The receptionist are quite incompetent as I had to call them 3 times in the past after my Telehealth appointments for them to finally send me the medical certificate through as they forgot. I do like your clinic but I do not want to deal with your unprofessional staff anymore, you should consider having a website available to book appointments.
I just called for an appointment they said they can't help me because I told them that I never had a need to visit doctor so that's why they can't book me in in order to go there you should have been to doctor in past and then they hang up midway no wonder the raing is 2 stars
Very very disappointed WASTING YOUR TIME TOO RUDE DOCTOR All doctors are not good. I check all doctors. Very frustrating They don't care about waiting time and also doctor not good. They said unfair when I asked them to give me a prescription. They change doctors without asking us. I booked a different doctor n then I came here to attend an appointment. I noticed they changed doctor without asking me. One day, I booked an appointment for the next day through call. The next day I go there they said you have no appointment today your appointment was yesterday. I said how possible then I play call recording in front of them then they accept their own mistake. It's really rude. DON'T GO THERE.
