I initially had a good communication with Joe Mier. He seemed diligent in getting quotes. However, as I wanted to get details on the umbrella policies from various insurers, he wrote he had to move on. That is rather unprofessional. If you are too busy to deal with a new customer, pass him to your less busy colleague. I was interested in purchasing auto, renters and umbrella policy. AllStar lost an eye surgeon as their customer.

I called for an Auto Insurance quote. I have been calling for affordable insurance so I already knew the information they would be asking. Mid-speaking the agent on the phone cut me off saying "Well you must be shopping around because you give me the information very quickly." I explained to him that yes, I was, because Geico was the only one giving me a good rate but I'd have to do it through the mail and I needed coverage now. He proceeded to cut me off again and say "No one is going to help you with that." and hung up on me.  Very rude. No help. I will tell everyone I know not to place business here.

It was a pleasure to get consultation from Raul.He described me everything about my car insurance in a very clear way.Thanks a lot.
