Anyone know what's happened to this restaurant? I was shocked a few months ago when I went to order my favourite satay beef and sweet and sour pork only to see tradesmen there fitting it out to become a Chemist. No notices about moving to another location. They did the best sweet and sour pork I ever had. Would love to know if they have reopened somewhere.
Been happily going to all seasons for years but after recently dinning in, my thoughts have changed. I ordered satay beef and after politely telling the waiter my meal was ineadable as it was too oily and had too much satay sauce, he brought it back to the kitchen. I then heard yelling and the waiter returned offering to throw it away or put it in a take away container. I again explained that I couldn't eat it and he took it back to the kitchen for the second time. I heard more yelling and after a good five minutes had the cook/owner come out to tell me they have to use that much oil and disregarded the fact that I couldn't eat it! she instead yelled at me saying I had eaten more than half of it totally inaccurate, told me it was too bad and walked away in a huff while I was still talking!! I am a reasonable person and usually let things go but this was the worst service I have ever received. not only did she not offer to remake it or ask if there was something else on the menu I would prefer, like a considerate person would do, but she embarrassed me in front of other diners and walked away while I was mid sentence!! I was disgusted with her lack of customer service and will not be returning!! 'all seasons' is in desperate need of a thorough clean and refurbish as well as a proper lesson in how to treat there customers!
Hands down the best Chinese food I have had. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Fast delivery time great value for money and excellent customer service
Fantastic Chinese food! I have never been a fan of Chinese food until I ate from here! They have a chef who knows what he is doing! Best Chinese going around that's for sure! Nice work guys
Food was average and they charged me $1 for using eftpos on a $26 food bill? Refused to waive it, a complete ripoff if you know how much eftpos actually costs a business.
Had such the best food and service dine in my 1yr old daughter was catered for definitely be back
