They delivered new furniture to me. The 2 fellows we had were fantastic!!! They phoned and told me delivery time and arrived at that time. They were very efficient and friendly and respectful of our home. They assembled the lounge very professionally. I’m very happy with this company and their service. I would highly recommend them

We had a mattress exchange from IKEA, so one mattress was picked up and taken back to Ikea, and another new mattress delivered the same day, by 2 separate deliveries.  All went perfectly well, our delivery guy rang us about an hour before delivery, then again to confirm exact time, 20 minutes closer to the delivery time. No Fuss, no stress. All purpose transport delivered my purchase from fantastic furniture. The delivery drivers were friendly, efficient and careful in their handling. The courtesy call to alert me of their pending arrival was appreciated and they arrived on time. I highly recommend this efficient transport company. I will be using them again.

We bought furniture from Fantastic Furniture Ipswich. Paid $59 for all large items to be delivered which is very affordable compared to other furniture shop delivery cost. They text day before to let me know the around time they will delivery my furnitures. They also called 30’ before they arrived with my goods letting me know they on their way to my address. Anyway, this is the best service large furniture delivery with very low cost. 100% satisfied customers

I used this company to transport local freight from IKEA to my home. Everything went smoothly and they were in constant contact and most importantly my freight was secure and not damaged! The 2 men delivering my flat pack furniture were very polite and courteous.  They were very considerate about where I wanted my packages placed in my home and handled my packages with care.  IF only all delivery drivers could be this punctual, communicative, courteous and considerate...

Good communication by the team. They called well in advance to let me know they were on the way. They came right on time as well. Once arrived, they walked through the house to check the area of moving and set down. They were very careful with the items and did not try and do it all quickly just to make it fast. They both worked well to assemble the table and chairs as well. It was perfect and finished in no time. They notified me of the few defects on the items that were present from the box. They took photos of the defects to let the seller know and asked me to send the photos as well. Overall excellent service by the two guys that came over.

Ikea arranged for delivery of the furniture we ordered and advised a time for delivery. The driver contacted us advising he had a larger delivery ahead of ours but still managed to get all the items delivered on time. I was attending to another matter and the driver was only too happy to place the items where she wanted them.
