I had very bad shop experience today. Today is my puppy’s birthday, and I walk in the shop and search the little cupcake for my puppy. I also told the salesperson I’m looking for something kind of cupcake for my puppy’ Birthday. She guided me to a shelf which has small bags of biscuits. I bought 2 bags and cost for $5 dollars. After I backed to home, my wife realized these were expired. Best before in feb 2018 I brought the goods back to store soon. And they told me the products in good condition and still eatable. I said today is my puppy’s birthday, will you give your puppy something to eat expired best before date? I am asking to refund. They told me the products are on the clearance shelf which are not refundable. I left the goods on the desk and walked away. I was so angry. It’s not about $5 dollars. I had really bad customer service experience. I told the salesperson I’m looking for cupcake for my puppy’s birthday. She still guide me to clearance shelf without any notice. And the worst thing is the products expired best before date. And refuse to let me refund. Really bad customer service experience. So disappointed for this store. Will not recommend anyone, any of my friends, family to shop there.
I have bought a couple of items there and their service was good. Also they helped me source something that I can't buy there, which was nice of them.
Have contacted the store via Facebook and was advised they have closed their doors permanently. Sad as the team were very friendly. Wishing them all the best.
Friendly staff, great and varied stock with large range of items from very reputable and proven brands.
Awesome place, lovely helpful staff, wide variety of products and indoor pet wash facilities.
Rang up late in afternoon for enquiry about product got put on hold 5 mins, by that time hung up rang back store closed annoying, getting supplies somewhere else.
Pretty good prices with a fair range of stock. You can take your dog and staff are very friendly.
Perhaps the friendliest pet store around. Huge stock of food. Excels in service.
Its closed down . And so has the liquor shop next door. Oh so sad especially at this time of the year
