I had a worst experience at an Asian grocery store.. I just wanted to swap the beans and the refund amount was $1, its not about the one dollar its about their stupid return policy however, the man at the counter said that's not their privacy to refund the amount if we pay by card, you have to buy something else...Are you serious? ? I was surprised because there was no refund policy written anywhere in the store. Its ridiculous
Worse customer service. Very expensive. Please do check your items twice before and after paying bill. I wouldn't refer anyone to go there.

Worst Nepali grocery store. Customer service is worst not even welcoming. Don’t know why are they such arrogant about . Never gonna come to this shop and never gonna recommend to anyone.
I mostly goes to All in one grocery store because it is very convenient and easy way get Nepalese taste. But when I go there I have felt that customer service is not good. The lady in the counter is very rude and doesn’t behave nice with the customer. I know it is busy and workload is high but I don’t think she should behave rudely to the customer. I would recommend to the management of the shop, if the service is good more people will be willing to go there.
