I ordered premium mutton from your store, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. A significant portion of the meat I received—around 75%—was goat fat, which is neither what I expected nor what should reasonably be included in a premium cut. If this is the quality of your premium product, it raises concerns about the quality of the regular mutton as well.nnIn addition, the price charged for the premium mutton is considerably higher compared to other places, yet the quality did not justify the cost. Initially, I chose to purchase from your business because I believe in supporting local community businesses. However, this experience left me feeling that the product and pricing were not fair to customers.nnFurthermore, the staff member serving the meat behaved in a very unprofessional manner, which added to the negative experience.nnOverall, the combination of poor product quality, high prices, and unprofessional service was disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your standards for the benefit of future customers.
I went yesterday to buy MoMo wrapper sokko. When I opened the packet it has really bad smell. It wasn’t like that before. So I went back to talk to them. They said it is like this, it came from company like this. They said first cooked it and have it then it is bad come to us. As being regular customer I went back but I don’t feel good to use it. So I went to another shop and buy same product with same company. It was good, it hadn’t bad smell. After that I feel very dissatisfied with customer service here. I am regular customer here. But now I recommend all to be careful when buy products from here. Now onwards I will never go there.
Overall, the shop is not bad and has some good aspects. However, there are a few important issues that need attention. Most of the staff in the meat section do not appear properly groomed or dressed neatly, and one staff member I noticed was wearing a dirty T-shirt and no apron, no hair net.This raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. I have raised this issue several times, but unfortunately nothing has changed.nAdditionally, clearer price tags are needed, as it can be confusing for customers. The manager should pay closer attention to these matters, especially staff hygiene and proper labeling.
Hello fellow nepali daju bhai ! I am very disappointed with your store. Everytime I walk in to your store with the thought of “it’s going to be better this time” I am left with disappointment. You have no professional service at all. You don’t greet your customer nor provide any professional service. No hi no hello ! When it comes to the meat section, the butcher long haired guy has no intention of being friendly. I understand that it’s just a job for him, but a little bit of professionalism would not hurt anyone. So sad to see that fellow nepali shop in foreign country not being of any help to fellow nepalese.
“Although there are other stores near my house, I frequently visit this one because it’s a Nepalese store, so I have a bit of a soft corner for it. However, the staff’s behavior really pissed me off — they don’t know how to talk to customers and speak very disrespectfully. They act as if we’re taking the products for free, especially one lady.“nnNew review- I visit about once a week and enjoy shopping here. They have a good variety of Nepali groceries at affordable prices, and I especially love their fresh and clean vegetables and fruits. The staff are friendly and communicate well. My experience with the staff has also improved a lot compared to before. The only thing I don’t really like is the meat section, especially the chicken and premium goat meat. Overall, I’m happy with the store
