Terrible workmanship. Wouldn't come out and rectify once completed. Issues a 70% invoice for stage 1 in excess of work produced and final at 30%. Has himself truely covered. Happy to produce below average floors and blames concrete for poor finish. Chemical stains on floors that were never removed scratches everywhere that detract from shine and appearance. Disgusting. Consumer beware. ... And to add ... I had to call another contractor to repair the terrible floors. We had to start all over again. I was out of pocket thousands of dollars. Thank heaven there are decent trades who do their job well and were able to redo the floors perfectly.
