We had a bad start of our labour day, - a nut sheared off of the back wheel of our troopy, and when my husband checked the others, a second one broke off…nnWith a 5 hr drive coming up- that was not very comforting, so hubby started calling around- everything closed.nnExcept for Matt, who didn’t have the parts, but started calling around , until he could find them, and went to pick them up- so 4 hrs later we drove to warrnambool where a cheery Matt swapped all damaged nuts for new ones, on his day off.nnChatting with him we can honestly say- He is suck a nice guy, who proves that you can be a kind person, great employer , and be good at your job, while doing honest business and be successful.nnWe are very thankful!
These guys are absolutely awesome. Lost a complete wheel assembly on our caravan and after chasing parts from caravan supplier, found there was a 2- 3 week wait. They went all out to fabricate and replace these parts from elsewhere to get us back on the road, all within 4 days. Cannot recommend them enough.nThanks Guy's
Wicked guys at this shop!! And that's an understatement. Most helpful, kind hearted people I found travelling the entire east coast. Between Townsville to Warnambool. TWICE. Truly there to help, not just run a business. 10/10 recommend any day.
