I have been going to the west lakes store for about a year now after trying several massage places that failed to help my bad posture and tight shoulder blade. This place has cured both these issues for me! I am so grateful for the great massages and skilful staff.

I always have an excellent massage - five star.
The problem comes when you pay. If you want to pay by card or get a receipt then its $10 more. I asked for a health insurance receipt but was told that is only given for remedial massage.

Next time I booked in advance for $65 remedial massage. Again, when paying the price increased to $75 as I was using card. I asked if that was due to tax and was told yes.

The price on the door is $65 but then the girl will pull out another price list from the counter that shows $75 for health fund.

The ATO or Consumer Affairs will catch up one day.

Was pretty disappointed... Went in asking if they had time for a half hour remedial massage... Girl at desk was like yes in 5 mins... Go in to get the deep body tissue oil massage instead, which wasn't til I went to pay that this had come to head that I was given the wrong massage as I handed my health fund card... Then got blamed for why I didnt get correct massage and still got charged for a remedial massage and was sent on my way...

Woke up with sore shoulders and neck. Went to west lakes shopping centre to have some clothing alterations done and just happened to notice the Massage Parlour next door. Had them massage my neck at back for 20 minutes($20) and it was amazing. 

Only expected some massage oil and hands but got hot stone and an extra 5 minutes or so when he put a warm towel on my back. I'll be going back for sure!

I have had massages for many years however my receny massage, my first at All Round Massage, fell way short of what I am used to. The masseuse was obviously lacking the experience and techniques a good masseuse has.
Plus they did not do the full allocated time.
Very, very disappointing 😢
