Absolutely disgraceful MOB. They calculated 8 bills in a row incorrectly. If they refuse to correct I will see the ombudsman.

I'm surprised at all the poor reviews. My experience is that Alinta are always friendly, polite, prompt, professional, helpful, understanding, flexible and their prices are great. Helping out with a moving truck is proof of their care for customers. I missed out on using the truck, but still appreciate the thought.

Just called them, it was quick and efficient

I have never had a good experience with Alinta and just came out of my home to someone there to cut off the GAS yet I am all paid and up to date. They have stuffed something up. Just a terrible company really.
