Falafel wasn’t fresh, tasted like it was made days ago. Same goes for the lettuce and the tabouli. Tried the falafel roll and and falafel plate, both were equally bad. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
Pretty basic but safe. Inside the Food court. Toilets near by. Toilets clean and well kept. Hoyts cinema up stairs. Sushi Hub near by. Oporto next door. McDonald's restaurant nearby.
Just ate there and the food was shocking. Kebab wrap was still doughy and the chips weren't even cooked properly. Best part of the meal was the drink.
Don't understand the low ratings. I eat hear nearly weekly, and always get the same great quality kebab and chips from the same lovely staff
This place is a joke. Large kebab was very small. The portions of food were a complete rip off. Cant taste anything thats fresh and the food was pretty dry as well.
No manners at all very rude and bad customer service. They not giving me for free I paid for it. Kebab bread cold not heated probably do I asked the girl and she said will make new one but that men men came out and said this is like it’s to be didn’t let the girl to make new one . I took the photo of the men and bread how it’s looks like unfortunately I can’t attached here. Anyway never ever go to this Ali baba at Brookvale food court.
Absolutely disgraceful service. They had two trainees on who didn't understand how the system worked, and every time they asked the manager for help he yelled at them to work it out themselves. Then I asked him if my kebab had the correct ingredients and he told me he didn't know even though he rolled it and wouldn't open it up to check it didn't have the correct ingredients, nice work. Then I asked for a bag, they couldn't fit the chips inside the box so she PULLED THEM OUT WITH HER BARE FINGERS to close the box. To top it all off, the kebab was disgusting, meat was dry and cheese was old, bread was stale. And it cost $14. I wish they had minus stars in this thing : STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!
Poor service. Super slow, lots of unhappy customers in the queue and told after waiting 10 plus minutes that there was no rice left. If you want a kebab/Lebanese meal at the mall then not much choice. Personally - unless you really love their chips which are different and don't mind very small servings go and get anything else to eat somewhere in the two food halls. My forth visit and last.
Wanted a quick snack and noticed that this place had no queue whatsoever so decided to get something from here. Service was good as I was the only one there but it was truly the worst kebab I've ever had. Very dry and they weighed the meat- never seen that before.
Bought the large, had to check if there was meat in it. Very disappointed. Won’t eat here again.
