Friendly and professional service with excellent presentation. Lost a star for inconvenient parking around the building.

They do a good job of imaging and the facility is clean, but I don’t look forward to calling. Nearly every time I’ve spoken with someone over the phone to make a booking, I’ve been spoken down to.

Receptionist are rude, overheard them talking down to people. However when seeing the doctors they have been pleasant to deal with.

Sent an online request through a week ago to book an appointment, gave both email and phone number and they have never responded. Will go elsewhere.

If you want to be talked to in a condescending manner, interrupted and told wrong infomation just call Alfred Imaging Newtown and ask for Danni. Its shameful they have such rude and ill-informed staff. Comprehensive Medical Imaging in Marrickville treats you as if you matter and gets you in quickly.
