Upfront, the staff must be highly praised! so attentive, so warm and authentic! you had the feeling that you were standing in front of the creative director olivier. this isn't just about the Balmain brand, it's about the mentality that Olivier, his team and the great people of this Store represent!! It’s Balmain. Either you like the brand or you don’t. Service was awesome and I was able to have my VAT forms filled out for me by the staff. I never felt uncomfortable shopping there.

Very bad experience and products are poor quality for a luxury brand. I am from the US, visiting Europe and traveling to several different countries during my trip. I bought a bag from their new collection, and they gave me the display bag when I very specifically asked for a bag that was in the back and not touched. When I attempted to wear the bag the next day, it broke upon opening it. Instead of immediately refunding me, the store is making me jump through unnecessary loopholes, such as printing a packing slip out when I don’t have access to a printer and making me send the bag back on my own dime. Additionally, the shopping bag they gave me broke before even leaving the store, so they needed to give me a new one. In the broken shopping bag, my receipt and duty free was not in there and they didn’t put it in the new bag. So I am left without a receipt and cannot get my duty free, on the other bag I purchased that hasn’t broken yet. Not even to mention the second shopping bag they gave me broke the next time I tried to carry it. I will absolutely never shop balmain again.

Very disappointed. They sell fake products in their official UAE Dubai Mall store. This is unacceptable, I tried to contact them to find a middle way for this regretable situation, but they simply didn’t want to cooperate. Now, I’m cautious when buying Balmain’s items, regardless of the store. Pay attention!! You might purchase fake Balmain items even from Paris! I don’t recommend this fashion house at all!!!

My daughter bought a bag a few years back. It was faulty. The bag was returned to the store and a credit given. The store WONT honour the credit!!?? Three years plus later still waiting for replacement!!! Service is so bad, for what they charge should be better. If I could rate a zero I would. No one responds to emails. So disappointing for such a prestigious company!

Very poor service & not very good quality clothes. Last time, i bought a dress, during packing it, a guy broke a string of beads. He didn't tell us about this problem. He still sealed the bag and gave it to us. Because i heard the beads fell down on the floor therefore i asked him to check the item. I found the string was broken, that dress costs ~3300€. That's idiot!!!

I visited this shop today 31 October around 2.30pm and I was served by a tall blonde woman who was extremely nice, best customer service ever. Clothes are beautiful.

I have not visted recente but have re apprecciated the fabulous scarfs of Pierre Balain which I have . Beautiful colours and designes

bought from Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai branch - Awful quality of suit for the price, the suit ripped open across seams and cotton bobbled within 3-4 days of use. When I brought it back in, I was told that I couldn't exchange in store and that it would have to be sent to customer services for them to decide if I could have it replaced or refunded. Then I was told that I must have spilt something over the suit for it to rip and so it was my fault! Then told that I shouldn't be wearing it all day because their suits aren't "for everyday use"! The service was completely unprofessional and unhelpful - Although I was with a friend, I was spoken completely down to in front of the staff, despite spending over 3500 AED to buy a few things. I would never recommend them or their company policy and if your in the mall, you should check out the other stores by just walking a little further a long. Don't waste your time and your money.

Horrible service, I went to buy and was not attended by anyone, I waited and nothing, I will not be back there. Disappointed.
