Parcel pickup reminder says open on Saturdays. Drive 1/2 an hour to pick up my parcel on a Saturday and is closed. This is after failing to deliver a parcel to an address with 24 hour reception... stellar work.

Twice I’ve had 2 packages returned to sender by this post office, apparently due to non-collection. However I never received a collection card, or an update on the Australia Post app which means they never scanned it at the post office and I am still WFH and never heard the doorbell ring once for a delivery attempt.

I think the people who are working here definitely need a bit of sweetness. Not being helpful at all and borderline rude. Especially a lady called Liby. I do hope they can improve.

The last two deliveries I have had to go and collect at a branch. The delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my goods. I have some one working from home so the place is always occupied. Makes me wo dear why we should pay for delivery when you have to go and pick it up yourself anyway.

I felt the need to comment after reading some of the comments posted here. This has been my local PO for 7 years and I have never once in that time had a bad experience. The staff have always been extremely helpful, always cheerful. The store always looks clean and tidy. Thank you to all the staff they do a great job.
