Dr Webert Chen is very gentle & caring and takes the time to explain what he's about to do.  I needed to be treated for a complex gum issue and I knew straight away that I was in highly professional & capable hands.

The facilities are modern & comfortable and the staff are well organised, warm and friendly.  They clearly care about the wellbeing of their patients.  

Both my husband & I agree that we've now 'found' our long-term dentist with Dr Chen.

My experienced with this dental clinic regarding extraction was very good, the dentist (Dr. Weber) explained in details the options and pricing for my damage teeth, and he was very careful on doing it to avoid some pains that might occur in the process, the cost is affordable too, and the staffs were very accommodating, I felt at home,  I will be back there again for some dental services, they also have a special package deal today that is hard to refuse, I highly recommend this Alexandra Hills Dental Clinic for tooth extraction, root canal, filling, tooth crown,  VISIT THERE NOW and grab their SPECIAL PACKAGE!

Caring, kind, reassuring, gentle and understanding! I was an extremely apprehensive patient who had not visited a dentist for a very long time. After two visits Webert and Ching have completely changed my mind set. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone! Thankyou!!! Sally
