Friendly staff, and very helpful. If they dint have what you need they can generally get it for you and fast compared to other places. But I do love the staff there the most nothing better than walking into a shop and feeling welcome and getting help if you need it, and also so respectful they are.
Colin and crew are a lovely bunch. A local business that should be first stop for hardware and timber. Cheaper for the type of timber I use for my art related needs. Way easier than a trip north to B........
Would rate at ten stars, I needed plumbing fittings for an emergency repair, to a pipe for troughs on a hobby farm. Overly helpful, and happy to cut a meter of pipe from a coil, so many places make you buy the coil, far more than you need.
Colin and staff bend over backwards to help their friendscustomers. If they don't have what you want they will tell the best place to try or get it for you. They deserve local support and are open on weekends,unlike a bigger neighbor.
Lovely little family owned place. Nothing is too difficult for them, always helpful and serve you with a smile!

great service, local family buisiness, fair prices. they are only too hapy to help with good experiienced avice for the home handy peson. willing to special order products if they have not got whaaat you are after in stock.. much prefer shopping there than the local chain store.
