I bought a tray of sirloin steak on Friday 9/11/24 I paid over $15 for the tray of steak. It was so tough I gave it to the dog it was inedible. I have bought meat from Aldi before and it has been beautiful. Well at least the dog enjoyed the steak as we sure didn't.
Pictures show the manufacturing date and warranty. Aldi want to know what date and which store this was purchased from. I think the important thing here is the broken blade that I could have swallowed and not a $50 refund. Perhaps a better response would be to receive it and send it to their buyer for product recall so nobody has a serious injury.
Bought rotten peaches today, it was in packaging and I couldn't see condition. Tried to call Aldi, but there only bot answering. Couldn't find option Contact Us on their page either. The only option to go there again? Spend time and petrol. You have to better check quality of the products you are selling. And you should leave people options to contact you.
I shattered my tooth on glass embedded in an ALDI branded muesli bar. They're ignoring me and I have to get a lawyer to get the money to get my teeth fixed. Avoid this place if you want to be safe when eating.
Had to buy a couple of specials. A large number of shoppers there just after opening, ALDI must be doing something right.
