On the 22nd March I purchased food at the Aldi store at Aerodrome Rd Maroochydore for a fundraiser for a private Hospital Auxiliary in Buderim. I lost the receipt for claiming back costs.I returned to the store on the 24th.nPaul one of the Managers told me he thought he could retrieve the receipt.It took a long time to work back on sales, but he did it.nIt was real Service with a smile.nAll the staff at Aldi are pleasant and helpful which makes shopping enjoyable.nGail Mackenzie
Very disappointed by stock placement in the Dalby Qld store on several recent visits.nProducts thrown literally willy nilly giving the impression - i dont give a toss - not once but becoming a regular state of business. Short staffed perhaps, some lines not available - no explanation given -nAbsolutely no stock of Western Star butter in shelf - have the cows gone dry or do the cows have the bird virus !
This location may have the largest Aldi sign in the Southern Hemisphere.nThis is not a retail location!
My husband and I tried each tried 3 different frozen meals and they were horrible to eat. The chicken was mushy and taste was terrible. The chicken with cashews was below average. They all tasted like rubbish Should be ashamed of yourselves as even the dog didn’t want it. My husband and I spent 3 days with gastric. The health department should be told about it. Shame on you Aldi. Never again will I buy from you.
Very poor ofnALDI,nNo 1.nNo Australians merchandise for Australia Day,n2nd,just shopped only 1 operator on,other checkout closed forcing people onto 2 lanes sel service.nAn employee standing around directing people to self serve when he could be on second register.
