The staff here are lovely but unfortunately if you pay with cash you have to queue up and wait... it's such a shame that ALDI are making it fast only for electronic payment.
Shop mainly at Aldi Queensland, we were from Brisbane and visiting Kingaroy, went to Aldi Kingaroy to stock up early afternoon about 12.30 pm Without exaggerating! The stock in most isles were about 2/3 stocked and with a lot of empty boxes. There was no indication of any staff replenishing this shortage of products. That disappointed with the lack of product and the general condition of this store I mentioned to the young cashier my concerns and he replied with, yes we have been very busy this morning ????! Sorry I did not take some photographs to support my concerns.
Love the only Aldi in tawn. I do my major shopping on a weekly basis. I wish it was a bit bigger with more supplies.
I’m not a fan of the self checkouts. It has actually slowed things down when I shop at Point Clare.
Worst experience shopping ever. Service and staff good thank you, but most products I needed were not on shelves. Three times on different days I've been told truck has been held up for various reasons no truck problems at IGA.where I finished my shop. Stupid self serve tellers had 2 people yet line people up at tellers. Will do my shopping else where as I can do all in one place sorry you need help.
