I always look forward to my weekly visits to ALDI in Cooma. The store itself is fantastic, offering a great range of value-for-money products that I genuinely enjoy browsing and buying. However, I cannot say the same for the external experience with their trolleys.nnThe baby seat trolleys with brakes are located all the way at the back against the wall, making them extremely inaccessible. Additionally, these trolleys are often left baking in the sun, and many of the seat belts don’t work. This is incredibly frustrating and unsafe, especially for parents like me managing shopping with a newborn.nnTo make matters worse, I’ve had my car damaged by runaway trolleys without brakes. Thankfully, my baby wasn’t in the trolley at the time, but it was a close call that could have been far worse.nnManagement needs to do better in organising and allocating trolleys in a way that is mum and baby-friendly. It’s hard enough managing daily chores with a newborn; a little thoughtfulness in the shopping experience would go a long way. I hope this issue is addressed to improve the experience for families in the future.nThank you

A nice store and very clean.friendly staff.
Always great specials. Plenty of parking. Alcohol available here.
Great place to buy your winter clothes before heading to Thredbo. Ample amount of parking available.
