Good but still missing items on shelf. I want to shop at one supermarket each week....not do my shopping in small lots because Aldi can't bother to refill all items Not good enough
Usual Aldi experience cheap with mediocre service, but frequently has no trolleys or unable to return trolleys. Shelves are often empty of basics like bread, fruit and vegetables. I think it's the worst Aldi I've used.
I've shopped here for years, but today was my first time having trouble with the self-checkout. Instead of offering assistance, the cashier lady just yelled at me from across the store, with an angry expression and a really unpleasant tone. I'm a paying customer trying to use the self-checkout as intended, and I was yelled at for a mistake I wasn't trained to avoid.
Be careful when u buy flour !!! I just bought it 2 days ago and its too disgusting.
Don’t really know why assistant manager was yelling at me and my grandmother from across the store?? I was having trouble at the self serve and he was too lazy to walk over and help so just screamed ‘what do you need register 3 or whatever number we were at Demanded to see my ID when my grandmother was buying a bottle of wine for herself. When checking the ID couldn’t even find my date of birth on it?? then proceeded to pull out is phone and double check todays date, completely incompetent and so passive aggressive. Let’s just be grateful to be employed people and spread some positivity for gods sake??
