I don't go to this Aldi anymore or the one in Morley. Every time I go to Inglewood, there seems to be at least one pretty random customer, who wants to try and be offensive either in words or actions. I think that they really do need better security and to make people conscious that they need to behave in a respectful manner in and outside the shop. They need security at the door. The shop is great, well organized, clean etc. But the customers... I go to other supermarkets and I don't get the same hassle. I have had a few serious issues, that have actually been near criminal, even after leaving Aldi in Inglewood, and I honestly don't feel safe. I definitely would not recommend it to other LGB people.
Unfortunately came across with some extremely rude staff member at this Aldi lately. No eye contact, no smile, no greetings, in fact not one single word being said during the whole process after I asked for staff assistance at the self-checkout, as if the customer did not exist. Maybe Aldi should review their policies of hiring extremely 'introverted' people to work as Customer Service
My experience at Aldi Inglewood was a positive experience. Plenty of parking right on the door step. Brand new store. Liquor also available at this store. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of stock
Let’s be honest cheap for a wide range of products. This Aldi has good parking in the rear and they throw your groceries slightly slower for packing.
Quick in and out shopping.nGreat value for money but does not carry a huge range.nBest place to shop if on a budget
