I had a very disappointing experience at ALDI yesterday. The checkout operator she asked to check my bag, which I cooperated with fully, but after finding nothing, she didn’t even bother to say thank you or show any basic courtesy. It felt embarrassed, rude and disrespectful. I understand that bag checks are part of store policy, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. Customer service should include politeness and appreciation for cooperation. Worst ALDI experience I’ve ever had — I’ll think twice before shopping here again
Competitive prices as expected of ALDI. Generally every essential item can be found here. The only downside is the lack of variety. Items such as ketchup different from tomato sauce
The checkout experience at the Brunswick aldi has seriously gone downhill. No longer is there the checkout person who checkouts quickly and is friendly. You have to deal with the self-service machines. Last trip every second item we had to get assistance. So annoying.nnWhat is it with these big companies who serve shareholders and not customers.nn Grrr
Brunswick Aldi. Filthy carpark. Level 1 Has been like this for months!!! So gross
I like this Aldi. It's a bit less chaotic and cramped than other Aldi stores that I've been to. They have a good range. I usually don't have to wait long for a cashier.
