I go there because of the prices on the general groceries like fruit and veg, frozen and pantry items. I return because I love the weekly specials in the middle, Calenders, containers, cutlery through to speakers, seedlings, sanitiser. I like the predictable layout and get annoyed when they move stuff around.
I was shopping this morning at mitcham Aldi,nI was very disappointed with Craig he is the one who served me at the cashier, he was very disrespectful he didn’t acknowledge me have eye contact no words of greetingnCraig need to learn customer service he need to go back and start from the beginningnI was surprised for Aldi to employ such a person which he discriminates between customernHe need to be told some lesson in respect and communicationnThank you
Aldi Store Mitchem is a fantastic place with friendly staff and a great selection of products. I always find the meat and vegetables to be of excellent quality, and the overall shopping experience is quite pleasant.nnHowever, there are a couple of issues that need attention. The lift has been out of service for a long time, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of customer toilets is disappointing.nnOverall, despite these minor setbacks, Aldi Store Mitchem is still a great place to shop, and I would highly recommend it.
Great prices, great products, ample parking, friendly staff, locations everywhere.nnSo why only 2 stars I hear you ask? Well....they lose one for not having a loyalty card and the other for not packing your bags and one more for having infeasibly gigantic trolleys.nnPicture is a dish created with the salmon on special yesterday for $11.99. It was delicious but Aldi will only ever be a top up shop until the annoyances above are sorted.
Always good shopping but the teller was a bit impatient with slow people parking their groceries
