Though the parking there may seem large, they are mainly occupied and used by shoppers at the surrounding shops or woolworths, making finding a parking spot extremely hard to find. When you go inside the store, it’s smaller than a regular Aldi, it’s a bit dirtier and it’s just… not the best aldi to go to. I recommend don’t go here, unless it’s last your choice and go to the Aldi in Parafield Gardens, next to the Salvation Army.
Customer service at this store is so poor, one man in particular has done it to me every time. No hello, throw the groceries at you, mumble the price to you which you cannot hear, turns away, no I contact, I have to tell the staff member 3 times I had cash as he assumed card. Very disrespectful and needs customer service training.
There are things of great value at Auldi stores. The items sold on special days, I have found to be reasonabley priced and good quality. Then there are the regular auldi items that are great value and great quality. From skin care to produce, meat, fish, and fresh and frozen veg, ice cream, ready-made meals, bread, small goods, yoghurt, etc.
I purchased a watermelon from Mawson lakes ALDI cut it open 15 minutes later after getting home, only to experience a heap of water spilling out and the inner melon flesh all jelly consistency.nUnable to call the store, everything on line and computer generated questions
The staff at the POS counter was very rude and made racial uninvited comments which were inappropriate and demeaning in front of several customers. I chose not to answer him back at that time but he really deserves some customer service training to learn to treat customers with kindness and respect, if he chooses to work there.
