Great aldi with a large carpark and parking available under the aldi keeping you out of the sun. Entry to the store is via stairs a ramp or elevator. Great usual familiar layout with the aldi specials in the middlenNow I took a photo of the aldi oats for porridge. They hands down beat uncle tobies and are only $1.30 for a bag. My wife has now returned home with what is the second fresh produce item that was sold to us decomposing. This instance it's a watermelon. No I don't have a receipt. But it would be great if you guys can do better to ensure you're not selling fruit near expiry OR, even better, don't sell food that IS expired.nnIf someone could contact me so we could get this sorted that would be awesome
At 3:00pm on Wednesday 14th August,2024. My wife and I attended Aldi Store at Narrellan. NSW We bought numerous items totaling about $83:65 cents On going to the check out which was manned by a male person, black hair, aged About 52 years of age about 5’7” with dark complexion . We waited we had opened the two shopping bags in the trolley very wide. What happened next is quite unbelievable.nJust standing still waiting to go though no one in front trolley right in front of counter no obstruction what so ever so counter person could see straight into the two bags wide open.I said are you going to start to serve us. He said I need to check your bags I said look we have had the bags open at all times waiting to place items in.right in front of you we haven’t moved we have been waiting for you. To serve usnHe then said I told you I need to check your bags I said look we are right in front of you bags are wide open nothing in bags what so ever and you can clearly see right into these bags as there are no obstruction what so every. I said look I can’t stand up long waiting to long as I could fall over.nnI have never experienced any person like this male working in Aldi stores before very rude customer service nightmare. More than a month this Trolly is sitting in our car park. I tried calling them, but they don’t have a contact number for store. Even a small business will have a phone line.
6:37 pm 12 March 2024. Went to the counter to pay and teller closed the lane. Moved our goods over to another lane and she opened the teller. Dont understand why she did not want to serve us.
